Dr Rosen Dimov has obtained a transdisciplinary background in his earlier education (double bachelor’s degree in international business law, MA in EU studies) that has led him to a Marie Curie PhD and early stage research in innovation management. During his studies he gained experience in policy making and governance by working at the the European Parliament, the European Commission and the World Bank Institute. In the consultancy field he has supported the interest representation and international cooperation of innovative small businesses in Europe and Turkey. While he was living in Istanbul for nearly 5 years, Dr Dimov managed projects about the economic integration of Turkey into the EU market, facilitating and furthering the exchange of best practices and networking among innovation stakeholders from both sides. His voluntary work includes the Community Volunteers Foundation in Turkey, European Alternatives and the Euphrates Institute. As President of IYPF Australia he participated in the establishment of the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions that with the support of the EU identified and funded 1000 solutions for green transition. Dr Dimov has also been the Vice President of EERICA, the chamber for e-residents that promotes digital democracy and business. He currently lives, works and teaches in Hungary.
