Gazmend Gjyshinca has been Member of Parliament of Kosovo for two consecutive terms and a professional experienced in government relations, international affairs, and political leadership. He has been an active legislative voice, responsible for proposing, debating, and voting on critical laws. His dual role as Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee has positioned him at the forefront of Kosovo’s parliamentary diplomacy. Since 2019 he represented Kosovo in international forums and contributed in shaping the country’s foreign policy and diplomatic strategies. Gjyshinca is part of Washington D.C based CAP Global Progress New Leadership Network Project, focused on renewing democracy in the digital age. He did his Master’s Degree on EU Politics and International Relations at Marmara University, Turkey. Beyond his formal political and diplomatic endeavors, Gjyshinca is a devoted reader of philosophy, history, economics and culture. He is fluent in English, Turkish, and Albanian.
