Ieva Keskine is an integrated policy practitioner with an experience in human rights and development. Her work focuses on principle of ‘leaving no one behind’ and aims to provide integrated solutions for sustainable development. Currently she works as a Gender Equality, Disability Inclusion and Intersectionality consultant at United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN WOMEN). Prior to her current assignment, Ieva worked more than 5 years in the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) headquarters and Istanbul Regional Hub to support national governments and UN country teams in their work to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In UNDP Regional Bureau for Europe and Central Asia she supported a portfolio on employment, social inclusion &, migration and reducing inequalities. Ieva holds a master’s degree in International & EU Law, and a LL.M in Human Rights. She was also a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School in New York City.
