Jamil Alyou works as a project manager and head of the “Political education & International Work” department for Train of Hope Dortmund e. V., a youth & refugee aid organization based in Dortmund. He focuses on empowering youngsters to reach their best potentials, on connecting people from all backgrounds together to create networks to help enrich society, fight prejudices & bigotries, and to raise awareness against racism and discrimination in the local community and all over Europe. He is currently working in a project in partnership with different european countries to support migrant entrepreneurs and to start their businesses. He is also responsible for the Erasmus+ & european solidarity corps’ projects, where youngsters from the EU and other countries volunteer and develop their skills.
