M. Enes Doğanlar is a Political Advisor at the Turkish Parliament, deeply engaged in political and civil society initiatives in Ankara. Before his advisory role, he worked at a consultancy firm where he wrote and managed European Union projects as project officer. He holds a MA in International Relations from Başkent University, with a specialization in Chinese foreign policy and East Asian studies. His academic curiosity drives him to continue publishing in some journals. Through Erasmus, he completed an internship in Brussels and, with international scholarships, joined the NATO Diplomacy Academy and received political communication training in Vienna. A dedicated traveler, he seeks to capture the political and cultural soul of each country he visits.
