Philipp Tüngler currently serves in the Office of the German Chancellor at the Federal Chancellery in Berlin. Prior to this, he worked as a diplomat at the German Federal Foreign Office, including a posting to Rabat, Morocco, where he focused on political affairs and regional dynamics in North Africa.
Earlier in his career, he served in the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, working on foreign and security policy. Philipp began his professional path with a 12-year career as an officer in the German Navy, with multiple operational deployments abroad.
He holds Master’s degrees in History and Political Science, as well as in Business Administration.
