Dr. Teodora Tea Ristevska is a researcher and teaching assistant at the Defense Research Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. She earned her Ph.D. in Defense Studies in 2024 and holds Master’s degrees in European and Political Studies from the University of Ljubljana and Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. Dr. Ristevska leads practice sessions on intelligence, terrorism and counterterrorism, and defense geography. Her academic service includes a research fellowship at American University in Washington D.C. and a research positions in Skopje. She publishes on cybersecurity, intelligence, crisis management, and defense, and is affiliated with the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and the Euro-Atlantic Council of Slovenia. She is fluent in English, Serbo-Croatian, Slovenian, and Macedonian.
