Yusuf Tatlı is a research analyst for the European Stability Initiative (ESI), one of the most influential think-tanks in Europe. In this role, he focuses on migration and energy affairs in Europe and its neighbourhood. He has contributed to the reports on the Syrian refugees in Turkey and the EU – Turkey Statement of March 2016. Yusuf is currently working on a plan to bring Turkey and the EU together around the energy table. Previously, he has worked for various NGOs in Ankara. He holds an MA in Comparative Social Sciences from the Humboldt University of Berlin.
