Ingrid is a young professional originally from Tartu, Estonia and currently based in Brussels, Belgium. After graduating from a Master’s in Euro-Mediterranean Affairs, she worked for various youth organizations and her national research council. She is most passionate about youth policy and empowering young people globally through civic engagement. Beyond her professional life, she is involved in the network for Global Exchange on Religion in Society (GERIS) and a member of the OECD Youthwise advisory group.
